Versions: 2.00-3.00 for HP 5Si

Description: After installing e-Forms chip in HP LJ 5Si with JetDirect card v A.03.16 or lower firmware version, printer is not accessible by network through the JetDirect card.

Workaround: Upgrade the firmware in the JetDirect card to version A.04.xx or higher.
