REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

Booster dues and/or fundraiser monies earned to student accounts are non-refundable.

All individuals who wish to purchase items on behalf of the EHS Music Department may do so upon receiving permission to do so ~-om Executive Board members. Anyone who purchases items without prior approval will not be reimbursed.

Receipts and reimbursement requests must be turned in within 10 days of the purchase. Receipts turned in after 30 days will not be reimbursed.

Quick, Easy and CHEAP! RCL-1 RS232 Level Converter in a DB9 backshell
