The ListView_GetImageList macro retrieves the handle to an image list
used for drawing list view items. You can use this macro or explicitly send
the LVM_GETIMAGELIST message.

Handle to the list view control.

Image list to retrieve. This parameter can be one of the following values:

Image list with small icons

Image list with state images

Return Values
Returns the handle of the specified image list if successful or NULL
otherwise.
