SetDefaultCommConfig info  Overview  Group


The SetDefaultCommConfig function sets the default configuration for a communications device.

BOOL SetDefaultCommConfig(

    LPCSTR lpszName,

    LPCOMMCONFIG lpCC,

    DWORD dwSize

   );

Parameters

lpszName
Points to a null-terminated string specifying the name of the device.
lpCC
Points to a COMMCONFIG structure.
dwSize
Specifies the size, in bytes, of the structure pointed to by lpCC.

Return Values

If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.

If the function fails, the return value is zero. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.

Robotics nuts!

Check out http://users.frii.com/dlc/robotics/projects/botproj.htm from Dennis Clark. This guy ROCKS! He has made (and sells but also releases code, docs, etc...) for a number of cool little robotic modules including whiskers, IR proximity detect and remote control, Sonar proximity detect, PWM, Servo, compass. Most of these use the little PIC 12C508 controller which costs basically nothing and is soooo tiny.
