The ImmGetDefaultIMEWnd function gets the default window handle to the IME class.

If the function succeeds, the return value is the default window handle to the IME class.
If the function fails, the return value is NULL.
The system creates a default IME window for every thread. The IME window is created based on the IME class. The application can send WM_IME_CONTROL to this window.
