DRAWING BASIC WEDGES

The wedge commands, Edge Wedge ( EW ) and Fill Wedge (
WG ), use your current pen location as the center point
of the wedge. You then specify the radius, the start
angle, and the sweep angle to complete the wedge. The
angles are measured counterclockwise, zero at the 3 o-
clock position. For more information see the PCL 5
     Printer Language Technical Reference Manual.

Syntax for the EW command is as follows:
     EW[radius],[start angle],[sweep angle];

LEGEND: Ec = [Ctrl] [P] [Esc] in DOS EDIT.

     EcE Resets the printer.

                                   (black). Even though
                                   there is no physical pen,
                                   the SP command must be
                                   used to enable printing.

     PA2500,3500; Specifies absolute

                                   location (2500,3500).

EW600,90,60; Draws the outline of a
                                   wedge, using the current
                                   pen location (2500,3500)
                                   as the center point of
                                   the wedge. The wedge has
                                   a radius of 600 plotter
                                   units, and begins at 90
                                   degrees from the default,
                                   zero degree, reference
                                   point, and "sweeps" for
                                   60 degrees,
                                   counterclockwise.
