Olin, I explained it many times over, but I spent the bulk of my time
talking about what it's not, because you all have your preconceived notions.
You routinely tell people to RTFM. If you can't spent two minutes of your
time to click a link, and read the Agile Manifesto and the 12 principles
(the essense of what Agile is about), you are just lazy.
Agile is not difficult to understand, and it's not that "weird", you just
have to open your mind a bit.
