Rolf, if you really do that, I would feel that my time in this thread was
well spent. :)
Seriously, it's very hard to have a meaningful conversation with people who
have preconceived notions about Agile that they acquired through hearsay. I
got kind of tired of explaining what Agile is not, and explaining the basics
of the methodology.
