What a bunch of nonsense. :)  I guess that's what one should expect from a
website with that kind of name.

For those who like to think for themselves and are not simply tempted to
join the chorus of nay-sayers: this article has it backwards. It is the
traditional methodologies (the likes of CMM) that assume it is possible to
use rules, procedures, and processes to force mediocre programmers to
produce good code.
