I could suggest the old auto mechanics trick of pressing a wooden stick
against the suspect device and the other
end against his ear but I'm not sure how 15Khz propagates thru a stick, and
envision some "Einstein" with a fresh wet twig betwixt the flyback and his
ear- nevermind :)...
