Earth's first true co-orbiting "satellite" found

Asteroid 2002 AA29 is a 100 metre diameter "Trojan" satellite of Earth,
never approaching closer than 3.6 million miles but sharing Earth's orbit
around the sun. Discovered on 9th January 2002 during an automated sky
reference from Jinx.
