Hi Saeed,

Majordomo under *nix is a great way to go :o)

Or for a cheap option, have a dedicated email addy and just set a rule up in
Outlook / Outlook Express / Netscape etc. This rule just forwards all mail
from this address to everyone in a group (you need to make a group up (or
individually add) for the project).
