Only if such activities result in a trend (then go to the
police, that is!). So far, it is only for 'the record' on
the basis of one occurance. What is puzzling is where this
object wound up - it wasn't accessable from the street nor
was it easily accessable from the vicinity of the front
year but rather it was tucked in between a fence section
and the house. It could have been the neighborhood 'kids'
at that rate (hiding the beer bottle from their parents).
