Who in your personal opinion was the most influential CIVILIAN in World War
2.
Bear in mind that US leader (FDR) and British (WC) were commander in chief
of their armed forces and Stalin was presumably commander in chief of
absolutely everything.

Say who. Say why you think so (a few lines.)

My wife has never heard of the person I have in mind and I doubt if 1% of my
county-peeples have either.

If I get interesting replies I will send a collation to anyone who sends me
a response.
