Running AT&T Labs free "VNC" (Virtual Network Computing?) will allow you to
control a PC across a TCPIP connection (LAN or Internet). Speed may suffer
somewhat but it works fairly well.


Size of program on sending machine is moderate (well under 12 MB AFAIR) and
on receiving / controlling machines is even smaller. You cam mix computers
and OS's (PC, MAC, ...,  Windows, DOS, UNIX xxx , ...)
