Vicor <http://www.vicr.com> offers DC converter modules with this feature...
"If your required input range is 18-36V, 36-75V, 180-375V, or 250-375V, a
predefined model may fit your requirements. There are 8 discrete output
voltages available from 2-48V; however, 2nd Generation converters have
extremely wide output trim capability. Any voltage between 1 and 52V can be
realized through trimming."
