I wonder about this, Roman. I've been looking around at
specs, and seems MOSFET sat voltage is a direct function
of current pulled, so difficult to get low-sat.
Eg, .2v/5A = 0.04 ohms. Awfully small Rds. Maybe have
to stay with bjts.
