Well I thought I had it under control but the bounces just kept coming. The
members email box was full and the ISP kept echoing the messages back to the
list server. I have now erased the member account that I think was causing
the bounces and have contacted the postmasters of the networks involved.
Cross your fingers.

In the future, I will be much more... reactive? violent? hair-triggered? in
deleting members who's actions and ISP's configuration appears to be causing
bounces.

If anyone out there has any solid expertise in dealing with this, I'd really
appreciate some help...
