Thread: [EE]: Wire/Wireless communication using PIC

I'm interesting to learn the PIC 16F84 using as a communication.

The problem is that I don't know how start the code . I doubt whether I use
ISR or Not. This is the circuit:

Please help the set-up of PIC communication codes.
