Dwornik,

I've cranked up the osc on other parts before with no other circuit changes,
without any big problems.  It should be (ahem) plug-and-play - new chip, new
crystal, viola'.  I've done this a lot with UV eraseable parts with good
luck.

Some caveats +ADw-G+AD4- :

Plug-and-play +AD0APQ- plug-and-pray +AD0APQ- your mileage may vary +AD0APQ- obj
ects in mirror
may be wierder than they appear +AD0APQ- Murphy works here, in fact he started
this company +AD0APQ- If anything can go wrong, it will, only when you are
demonstrating the prototype to your boss.
