there is no difference for the hardware side beteen C84 and F84,
only difference is inverted polarity of the PWRTE fuse. This causes
problems with pirate SAT and Payphone cards as both of them need the
PWRTE fuse to be OFF.
(To comply with ISO 7816 standard for response time)
