I don't know if you have looked here, but at:

http://www.solarbotics.com/products1.shtml

they have tiny pager motors described as 1.3 volt, 30mA, 14mm
(0.55") long, 4mm (0.15") diameter. There is even a photo of them balanced
on an M&M. The motors are a little expensive, but they are very small.

I'm new to the list, so maybe someone else knows where to get them
cheaper.

bgmicro.com sells a vibrating pager motor - 3/4" x 5/16" - 1.3v @
75mA. Not exactly to your specs but really close and hard to beat at $1.75
a piece! I'll probably be picking a few of these up myself.
