Try these people - I've had a quick search and I'm pretty sure its who I've
used in the past for some "hard to get" networking kit.

Connexions (uk) Plc
Unit 3
Travellers Close
Hatfield  01707272091
http://www.cxcxcx.com/index2.html

Worth giving them a quick call

Regards

Dom

OP said the terminals should have a .15 spacing... but all krone terminals
I've seen have .2" spacing. If that's what the OP means, then:-

rapid electronics, in the UK. http://www.rapidelectronics.co.uk , download the
catalog pdf "12 Connectors - Terminal blocks", it's on the first page after
the title page. 3 way or 4 way available

Krone IDC terminals Krone
A range of low cost PCB mounting IDC connectors
which dramatically increases wiring productivity by
eliminating the need to strip wire, solder or make
screw terminations. Each contact will accept up to
two wires using the special insertion tool detailed
below which terminates the wire and trims it to
the correct length, providing a neat gas tight
connection. Contacts are arranged on a 5.08mm
pitch. Two fixing posts are provided for heat or ultrasonic staking.
