I hacked up a little PIC programmer on a Z80-based computer I had
lying around, and it seemed to work (I could program stuff into the
EEPROM and read it back) so I wrote, and hand-assembled, the following
program, which I thought would blink the lines of port B on & off in
such a way that I could see on a scope that things were working.
Unfortunately, all I get is 33%-duty cycle pulses out of RB0 and RB2,
and nothing elsewhere.  Can one of you PIC gurus tell me what I'm
doing wrong?

[This is my *very* *first* PIC program; be gentle!  :-)]
