Anyone know the best way to connect the loadcell to pic and have any one
done with it.?
I try to connect it to an AD/DC 12bit with PIc 16f84 and I need to know any
routine available?.

The best way to do this is to use the Analog-Device AD7714/AD7715/AD7730
You don't even need an amplifier.

Right now I«m using PIC14000 with a LP324 preamp.
Works, but not very fun.
Seem to be lot of noise, especially in PIC14000 internal ramp comparator
(even tested with stabel input, large cap and CPU in sleep), and needs
routines to calibrate continously, both PIC14000 A/D function, and preamp
drift.

I will ship it as is for now, and redesign with Maxim multislope converter
instead.  Will probably not even need preamp, and no compensation for
anything!

Much better but more expensive...
