I'm slightly confused about the OSCcal feature on the 12c508s.  It says
in the databooks I can simply ignore it or program a value into it.
Later on in the specs it says a change of 1 is roughly a 4 ns change.
Does this mean I can always program a value of 0 and have the part as
close to 4 mhz as possible?  It says the calibration value is automatically
moved to W on reset but can I simply write a 0 to fsr 5 and thus have it
closer to 4 mhz then the calibration value?
