'Xwisp driver code for 18F4xK20 / 18F4685?'

I need to program an 18F4685 and an 18F46K20 but they're not in the list
of supported targets. I could puzzle over the programming specs and
extend the Python code to add them, but if anyone's done that already on
their own I'd appreciate being able to use the code they worked out.

4685 has been supported for a year or two.

That's a 3.6V maximum chip, it won't tolerate the Wisp648's 0-5V on the
programming lines.
