You could try looking in a magazine, like VB Developer. I don't know if they
have a web site, but you could try a net search.

Visual Basic 5 Pro lets you create your own controls, so you could probably do
it yourself.

By the way, I have taken the liberty of making this thread Off Topic. (Doesn't
have anything to do with PICs.)
