Thanks to all that replied to my query about using four com ports in the PC
to support my development peripherals.
As suggested, I obtained a dual comms card with configurable IRQ's.
I have used IRQ 10 & 15 for COM3 & COM4 resp. and changed
Windows 3.11 / Control Panel / Ports / Advanced / Interrupts accordingly.
It now works fine.
