Hi piclisters, how are you ????.

Tonigth I«ve been working with my pic16c73a-/jw part.  I was using its
adc
converter and some curious behavior happened:

I apply a tension divisor in an analog input, but while the prog
ram in
the pic16c73 is running,  i.e., the input  voltage drop about 4.00 vdc if
the PORTA is in digital input mode but when it is in analog input mode this
voltage in the input channel goes up about      4.20 vdc.

Why ???, I have my thoughts but want to know yours too.
               Thanks to every body.

Recardo,
I do not clearly understand your question.

you mean you have higher then 4.00 v on analog input when you run the
chip it will drop to 4.00 v. ?

are changing digital to analog while it is running ?

what is your input voltage ?
