I'm confused about the speed specs on the PIC chips.  The new Microchip
e-commerce site says:

Speeds include but are not limited to:
   -90 = 90ns
   -10 = 100ns
or Crystal Frequency Designator for PICmicro MCUs
04 = DC to 200kHz, LP Oscillator Support
10 = DC to 10 MHz, HS Oscillator Support

Does this mean that a PIC16LF876-04 won't work at 4MHz?  (Is it possible to
get 4MHz LP support on an LF package?)

Jeffrey:

The -04 parts are guaranteed to work at speeds up to 4 MHz WHEN
CONFIGURED FOR AN "XT" OSCILLATOR; the 200 kHz limit is for PICs
configured for "LP" oscillators.
