Hi,

I am looking for a 16C84 simulator. I used MPSIM, but I don't know if
the new one is easy to use. Do you know of another one, but free or
shareware if possible. Thanks a lot.

David,

Have you downloaded MPLAB from Microchip's web page?  It includes a
simulator that is easier to use than the old MPSIM.

You may also want to have a look at the PICNPOKE simulator for the
'F84 at http://www.picnpoke.com

David,

Do you have Linux?

If so, try Dave Madden's nitpic. It's available from the GNUPIC web site at:

Just a beginner here, but the PicNPlay simulator has been
the most helpful to me.  I've used MPSIM as well, but the
PicNPlay gives a better picture of the more complex operations.

I've released gpsim-0.0.2, and 0.0.3 will be released in the next day or
two. These are both "developers only" releases - which means that the
simulator is not 100% done. If you (or anyone else) want a copy, then
please send me private e-mail.
