I have a project using up to 20 16F84's on one board.
I would prefer to clock all from one source.
Should I have a separate Xtal oscillator, and buffers, to all?
Or, can I use the clock from the first PIC, and buffer to the rest?
Suggestions would be welcome and appreciated.

Howard,
This spring I finished a project involving 8 PIC16C63. They are all connected to the same ceramic oscillator with built-in caps like this:
The oscillator to PIC in the usual way and then from the first PIC's osc2 pin to the next PIC's osc1 pin through a 10nF cap. A few devices have been used since May 99 and they all work great. The only problem I found at that time was that the distance between the PICs was a problem. The device runs from 3.3V and the ceramic oscillator was a 4MHz one from Murata.
