I am busy with a project that requires about 350 bytes of RAM.  I'm
using the PIC16C74 with only 192 bytes.  Is there any way of
increasing the amount of RAM for the PIC's.

Thanks in advance

Norman

You can have byte wide RAM sitting off of the eight bit port.  Use the
smaller port to latch the address, read/write to RAM, and accept data
from the port.  This should give you more than enough RAM.

How could I interface a PIC to a 30 pin RAM module?

Thanx,
Andrew

Connect the I/O pins of the PIC to the RAM module.  Usually this means
you will need one I/O pin for each address and data line, and one for
each control line, such as RAS and CAS if it is dynamic RAM.

Further, your program needs to operate the internal refresh process of
the RAM chips as well, again if they are dynamic.  The data sheets of
the chips should explain how to do this.

You may find this to be a lot of I/O pins.  Get a bigger PIC.

If you want i can send you 72pin SIMM/SIP Pin connections too.

Sure, I'll take the 72 pin connections...

Here's an attached zip file of the 72pin simm module. I found it on the web
(also the 30pin).
