I am ready to buy a programmer but wanted some recommendations from the
group.  I am considering either the PICSTART plus or the WARP-13.

Pros/Cons?  Other suggestions?

Warp-13 plug: I have one, it's cheaper than the Picstart+, it works fine
and MPLAB thinks it's a P+. Having previously used a programmer with its
own driver software, I think the integration into MPLAB is a real bonus.
