'Problems using DT, DE directives & changing user E'

I've had problems using DT, ex.
Prompt
DT "Enter the next digit.", H'00'
Rather than a page of RETLW's saves time & makes pretty'r code. Too bad
PSIM doesn't like it!
I also can't initialize user EE Ram, which really hurts. I also would like
to be able to reset the
cycle counter, just like the time counter with F5.
Does anyone know how? How about another simulator which people mention from
time to time.
It would be real nice if MPSIM had a pretty interface like PSIM.

Well, you have to ask yourself if the pretty interface is more
important than getting the job done *now*. MPSIM does what you'd
want, and if you get the quick reference card from your local FAE, you
can probably get productive and up to speed with the command line
interface and get your problems solved pretty quickly with it.
Pretty interfaces are in the future for MPSIM, though. Stay tuned to
the Microchip BBS for more information (or stop by the Microchip booth
at the Embedded Systems Conference in Santa Clara next week).
