I built the Propic2 programmer and downloaded the software.

It says it is in DEMO mode. I have sent in the registration but
have not received anything back.
So the question is:
I am trying to verify/debug the programmer. Is the unregistered
software functional? It has some built in diagnostics but I don't
see the outputs on the parallel port toggling.
