Normally sending an email to spam_OUTlistservTakeThisOuT
mitvma.mit.edu with "unsubscribe" in
the body of the message will do it.
However, On my copy of your message, your email address is marked as
"undeterminable" If this is the case when your "unsubscribe" message
reaches the listserver, I'm affraid it isn't going to be very helpful.
Maybe there is something you can do on your end to ensure your return
address is available. You may need to talk to your ISP about this.

My copy of the message that comes with subscription says the term is
"signoff" (rather than "unsubscribe.") Do both work?

Actually, I don't know. It appears I could have it wrong. Use both, that
will do it!
