       I'm working on a project where the PIC will run at 3V.  It is
unclear from the instructions for the PICMASTER as to whether I can run
it at 3V.  Can I just set the jumper on the probe for external (as
opposed to +5VSYS) and run it from the target 3V supply?  Also, the
project will be using an RC oscillator.  I've only used the probe with
the internal clock.  Can I just set the probe to external and have it use
the RC on the target?

that is the problem with picmaster  it is not going to work
with 3Volts. I think what you should do use  5 volts  when you
get your project done try it on real part .

picmaster wouldn't run .
