This is from comp.arch.embedded:
Check out Siemens C540/41, it has integrated USB.
However it doesn't have flash or eeprom, but it is
availible with rom. Check out:

Also:
Motorola has a bunch of 68HC05 variants that have USB, IIRC there are some
with OTP EPROM, but not EEPROM/FLASH. They are plugging them more in Asia
where most of the peripherals are made, but you should be able to find
info on them.
