This would be ok if you had the option of not using it - but in order to get
38400 baud using a 16MHz clock, you *have* to use BRGH=1.
Do the same problems come to light at 16MHz, or is it just at 20MHz that the
problems arise?

Microchip rep. here in israel was unable to say. he thought that it only
hapens in 20MHz.
