Regarding the IVEX PCB layout and schematic capture programs, a check of the IVEX site (http://www.ivex.com) reveals that: a) Demo version of Winboard and Windraft with 100 pin capability is available free from the IVEX site. b) A version of Winboard and Windraft with 200 pin capability is available for $29.95 from NTE. c) Winboard alone is available in a 650 pin version for $250 and unlimited pin version for $495 from IVEX. d) Windraft alone is available in a 650 pin version for $250 and unlimited pin version for $495 from IVEX. I.e., the 650 pin version of the combo costs $500 and the unlimited combo costs $990. There is also a "Winboard-Pro" that includes Winboard and the "Spectra autorouter" that starts at $995. I believe there was some mention on the PICLIST of a version for $75. Perhaps someone can indicate what this is and where it is available. --- Warren F.
