There is none that I know of that deal specifically with PIC's. Try going
to http://dejanews.com and doing an "interest finder" search. It'll search
the news groups for articles containing your search terms, and comes back
with a list of appropriate news groups.

Been there done that...
I could be wrong here but,
My problem with newsgroups is: I have to stay online to view the
messages.
It might be schlep to receive 100-odd messages daily but it takes me
less than 3 minutes to download them. And about an hour to read them
all. This would be a great no-no if I had to read them on-line.
It's nice for all you people who have a permanent link at work (or
home?), but I dial-up from home and I pay for the time I use.
