Gidday all, I have a MegaMax programmer from EE Tools and I am having trouble programming a PIC12C508. I get a programming error after about half a dozen words or so into the chip. I am using the latest software, have done hardware tests on the MegaMax, tried several PICs etc. The programming adaptor module I have is labelled 11A, but the programmer is asking for 11A-1. Anyone have any experience here? Maybe I need to upgrade my adaptor to a -1? No response from EETools just yet. Just to answer my own question from a few weeks back about programming a PIC12C508 using a EETools MegaMax programmer, it requires the 11A-1 programming adaptor. I upgraded my 11A programming adaptor to an 11A-1 by using the instructions supplied by EETools (cut a track - add a link) and now it works fine.
