'Low priced LCD displays, telemetry, 14-bit+ A/D'

Does anyone have a source for low-priced LCD matrix displays and also for
LCD 7-segment displays? OEM would be fine.
I'm also looking for a PIC-based telemetry (radio communication) design,
ideally that can do 19.2k baud, but any leads are appreciated.
Finally, does anyone know of a relatively inexpensive 14-bit (or more) A/D chip?
Thanks in advance.

Give Abacom a look (sorry, no URL):

They sell transmitters, receivers, & half-duplex transceivers in the
418-433 MHz band, all capable of at least 20 kbps. Their transmitter &
receiver lines include their 1/4 milliwatt TXM-4XX-F transmitter for $25.80
US and their SILRX-4XX-A receiver for $39.38 US. Both are the size of BASIC
Stamp 1 (i.e. the SIP form factor). The transceivers put out up to 10
milliwatts and go for $139.30 US.
I haven't used these modules, but some friends of mine in the Seattle
Robotics Society used these modules with great success in last years Robot
Soccer competition in Korea.

Have a look at <http://www.rfsolutions.co.uk> for some RF links -
just got some of the second generation FM modules. Very cute.

Yes, I got a pair of transmit/receiver of them and they are so tiny
I can put them on small devices.
This seems to be a great product, RF link at ~900MHz with no external
parts. But I didn't test yet.
Cheers,
Octavio

You didn't specify if surplus LCD's are OK, but if so, try:
