Hi folks,

Are there any such beasts a serial Rams of 8KBytes or larger?
Somehow I doubt it but maybe you know better.

Any links would be appreciated.

Jim

While not a true SRAM, they are quite useful.

Tjaart is evaluating them right now.

When you are talking about sram, you talk about Serial RAM or Static RAM,
usually?

Thanks In Advance, Keep on PICing

They don't make serial DRAMS.

Thanks Andy, I see they have a some larger memory devices on the way.

They really are nice devices. I have just run into a small
problem with my intended application for them. They need
5V (I have 3V), and the read cycles are also destructive
(no good for a command parser application).

I'm sure I'll be able to use them sooner or later.
