Hi,
I have an application where I need to access 4MB x 8 of external memory
using a PIC16C76.

Would someone please advise SRAM or Dataflash devices available that may
suit.

The Atmel 32Mbit 45xx looks good but is not yet available here. The largest
I can find here is the 2MBit (512K).

I would prefer SPI type access and non volatile but am prepared to use back
up battery and I/O expansion if necessary.
The target cost for memory is < US$40.
