How do I force a function to be used inline in Hitech C?

Using CCS-C all I had to do was place #PRAGMA INLINE before the function
to force the compiler to place the fuction inline or #PRAGMA SEPERATE to
force the compiler to seperate the function.  How do I do this using the
Hitech PICC compiler?

There's a FAQ on our web site about this. Basically there is no in-line
function facility (it's not an ANSI feature) but you can do pretty much
everything you want to by defining a macro (multi-line if required).
