I have added a bit information about using FPM- DRAM's for high-speed sampling on my homepage. http://www.ebar.dtu.dk/~c888600/dram.htm The idea is to use the build-in refresh counter, and only clock in collum addresses (no multiplexer required). I mensioned it on the PICLIST long time ago, for a LPT-port framegrabber, but I think that it is possible to use with PIC' based sampling scopes, high-speed analysers, etc. Regards, Jens Dyekjfr Madsen
