Hi friends,
Does someone know this old chip Microcontroller, developted by
Hitachi, or someone that sells discontinued chips, that may have it?
Miguel.

This sounds like the Hitachi clone/enhancement of the Motorola 68701, which
is an EPROM-base version of the 6801. It is an old 8-bit microcontroller
with 4 general purpose 8-bit I/O ports, a UART, some timers, etc. I do not
know who might still sell this. I know that Motorola and Hitachi had a
parting-of-the-ways about 10 years ago and stopped cross-licensing stuff
(this was when the 68000/68010 was the hot chip).

I«ve got a few 6803 somewhere.
It need external ROM. Therefor also lesser I/O.
